Sometimes we make goals but then we delay or will not make any efforts to achieve the goals. We may sometimes write the things we needed to complete but then we will not follow them. 1) Can you do it?

2) Will it work?

3) Is it worth it?

If we answered "yes" to all questions, we are likely to be self-motivated.

The ability to self-motivate is an excellent concept to reach our goals and get everything we want. If we really want to do some excellent then we required the passion which encourages us to do so. If we do the things as we need to do this, it will not give you the passion you needed. You need to try or develop inner strength. I think Self-motivation is needed by everyone. As a student we needed self-motivation to clear our exams and for choosing a better career. We needed self-motivation at the workplace also.  If we want to lose weight, do exercise or meditation, etc for everything we required self-motivation. It is all about where our power comes from.

1) Understand your 'WHY': 

Before we can learn how to motivate ourselves, we need to find or understand why we want to do this.  Sometimes we have goals that do not encourage us. If we want then we may write down the reason why we want to do something. We need a very strong and reasonable purpose that can push us to do things beyond our limits. Connect your goals with our very strong and reasonable purpose so that you can encourage yourself. You can also create a vision board with images that can remind you of what you want to achieve in your life. 

2) Just get started:

We don't have to wait for any reason to start. We just need to start and get going anyway. If we will not start, we will not get the results. It is obvious to have negative thoughts like whether I would succeed or not in our mind. But we should not think much about these kinds of thoughts. 10) Be kind to yourself:

Too much work can lead to less productivity. We need to take some rest and take enough sleep. We can also make some breaks throughout our day. It will help us stay focused on our work. Also, we need to take a balanced diet that will fulfill all of our nutritional needs. It can keep you healthy.
